Slither Dash Privacy Policy

Effective date: 22 October 2026

Introduction

This privacy policy explains how Slither Dash (the "game"), an Android game with the application ID com.slitherdash.game, handles information. The game is developed and published by an independent developer ("we", "us").

Summary in plain language

Information the game stores

To remember your progress between sessions, the game saves a small amount of game data on your device. It uses Unity's PlayerPrefs, which on Android is stored in the app's private storage. Other apps cannot read it, and the game does not send it to us or to anyone else.

What is stored Why
Campaign progress: completed levels, best scores, stars, play and win counts To keep your place in the campaign and show your records
Lifetime gameplay statistics, such as fruit collected, launches and crates To show statistics and track achievements
Coin balance and a record of rewards already granted To keep your in-game coins and avoid granting the same reward twice
Unlocked achievements To show which achievements you have earned
Daily challenge set and progress, labelled with your device's local calendar date To give you new daily challenges each day
Music and sound volume and mute settings To remember your audio preferences

To rotate daily challenges, the game reads the date from your device's clock. The date is used on the device only and is not sent anywhere.

Coins and other rewards exist only inside the game. They have no real-money value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged.

What we don't collect

The game does not collect, store or share:

Internet use and third parties

The game itself. Slither Dash does not send any data over the internet. It contains no network code, and it includes no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social SDKs. The services Unity offers for analytics, diagnostics, ads and purchases are turned off.

Google Play. If you download the game from Google Play, Google operates the download, installation and updates. Google handles that under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can read at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Links that open your browser. The game's Privacy screen can open this policy in your device's web browser. The browser and the website hosting this page are then used under their own privacy terms. The game does not send any game data with the link.

Device backups

Android can back up app data to your own Google account if you have turned on device backup in your phone's settings. If so, your Slither Dash progress and settings may be included and restored when you set up a new device. Android and Google handle this backup according to your settings and Google's privacy policy. We cannot see or access these backups. You can manage backup in your device's settings.

Children's privacy

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. All game data stays on the device and contains no personal information, so no personal information is collected from children.

We have not yet set the game's intended audience in this policy. If that changes, we will update this section.

Data retention and deletion

Game data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete it at any time in either of these ways:

Deleting this data resets your progress, coins, achievements and settings, and it cannot be undone. A copy may remain in your Android device backup, if you use one, until that backup is replaced or deleted according to your Google account settings.

Because we never receive your game data, we hold no copy of it and have nothing to delete on our side.

Security

Game data is stored in the app's private storage on your device. Android keeps this area separate from other apps. The game does not transmit the data, so it is not exposed in transit or stored on any server of ours. Like anything on your phone, it is also protected by your device's own security, such as your screen lock.

Your choices and rights

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the game adds new features. When we do, we will publish the new version at this same address and change the effective date at the top. If a change means the game would start collecting personal information, we will update this policy before that version of the game is released.
